Residences at Main Vail (RMV) is a 72 unit for lease building developed in a public-private partnership with the Town of Vail. It occupies a prime location on the north side of I-70 at the main Vail interchange – walking distance into Vail Village and along one of the Town of Vail’s free in-town bus routes.
The building contains fourteen (14) 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units, thirty-one (31) 2-bedroom/1-bathroom units, and twenty-seven (27) 2-bedroom/2-bathroom units.
In addition to qualifying financially, residents must also meet the deed restriction occupancy rules as set forth by the Housing Department at the Town of Vail.
These deed restriction occupancy requirements primarily relate to being able to demonstrate employment with a business located and licensed within Eagle County and that such employment is full-time (at least 30 hours per week on average, allowing for the seasonality of certain jobs).
Residents are required to provide proof of continuing compliance with the deed restriction occupancy rules so that their eligibility to remain in RMV can be certified each year with the Town of Vail. As part of the application process and again at the end of each year, documentation is required to be submitted to complete the Triumph Management West in support of meeting the terms of the deed restriction. All adult tenants in the home must follow these requirements. Documents/information required can include but are not limited to, SSN or ITIN, paystubs, IRS 8821 Form for tax verification, etc.
Parking at RMV is limited to one vehicle per apartment and pets are limited to dogs and cats with a maximum of two pets permitted. With sustainability in mind and prime location in Vail, the assigned parking limit is firm, and is monitored. Additionally, there is no guest parking available. This property is walking distance to Vail Village and provides easy access by bus and bike as well. Additional parking is not available for rent or as an addendum to tenant leases.
As of November 1st, 2025, all 72 units in RMV are leased. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, it will likely be July/August 2026 before any units may become available. Given that timeline, we will not be maintaining a waiting list. For general inquiries, please utilize the form below.
