Making the hugh demand for affordable housing and the need for office space in Vail, we figured why not try to put this space right where it is needed most . . . right in the heart of the Village. Our idea is to combine affordable condos, office space and groundfloor retail atop an underground parking garage just outside the existing Village parking structure.

This project is in its infancy, and we have recently taken the first steps to get a project of this scale entitled and convince the town that Triumph Development is the right sponsor for this project.
