Continuing its diversification in the resort development arena, Triumph entered a partnership with industry veteran Brad Quayle to form Triumph Recreation & Leisure Corporation in early 2012.

A privately held investment and development firm focused on high-end club and resort real estate consulting, Triumph R&L provides expertise in the areas of procurement, development and redevelopment, branding, financial analysis, operations and marketing specific to leisure and recreation communities.

Quayle, a longtime Vail and Palm Springs, Calif.-based entrepreneur, brings more than 33 years experience in resort operations, golf courses and clubs, retail, spa, business development, asset management, guest engagement and services, and arts and culture program development for some of the most highly regarded projects in North America.
