Triumph Announces Fourth Project on Walloon Lake, MI

Triumph Custom Homes is proud to announce our fourth project on Walloon Lake. This summer, we will begin work on a new home on Walloon's scenic North Shore Drive. The home sits on a beautiful wooded lot, offering privacy and sprawling views of Walloon sunsets.  Our project team includes Studio Z providing architectural design services, Common Ground Landscapes providing site planning, TD Construction providing structural work, and Swanson K&D performing the site work.

This exciting new project is Triumph's fourth since Summer 2017. Our ongoing projects can be seen on Longfield Farm Trail, Lake Grove, and Indian Garden. In fact, our Indian Garden project is wrapping up just in time for Summer. Present on these projects with Triumph Custom Homes is N.J. White & Associates providing design. Wally Kidd of Kidd & Leavy provided the brokerage expertise.
