Triumph Completes Vail's Newest Housing Development

Triumph is proud to announce the completion of thirty-two townhouses at Chamonix Vail in Vail, CO. Developed in partnership with the Town of Vail, the neighborhood broke ground in May 2017 and will be complete by the end of March 2018.

Resort towns throughout the country are experiencing a shortage of affordable housing for middle class community members. From the outset, Triumph sought to supply this “missing middle” with the opportunity to live in the same community where they work. Residency for these homes is restricted to full time residents of Eagle County who are critical to the local economy and community. All units were presold in a lottery that was run by the Town of Vail.
