In February 2008, we received approval for luxury condominiums in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland for the longtime landowner. While the slow residential estate market is preventing this project from moving forward right now, we believe this will be one of the nicest residential projects in the area. The 53-unit building will be seven stories high and is being designed by the acclaimed firm of Shalom Baranes Associates.  As recognized by the Washington Smart Growth Alliance, this building will exemplify smart growth in a county begging for this type of development.
