In 2004, as partners with Euro Motorcars and in conjunction with the development of their new Germantown facility, we completed a 62,000 square-foot mixed use project that includes both office and retail space, as well as structured parking. Located in Germantown, Maryland, the project was designed to continue the established streetscape of the Germantown Town Center and bring new charm, as well as new development to the neighborhood.
