This a unique project – a 20,000 square-foot dealership with an underground maintenance facility, a parking garage, show room, and administration space. Most of the developers considered for the project came to the client with reasons why it wouldn’t work. We focused on why it would – and proposed linking the development of the dealership with our Germantown Center Building. It’s the kind of challenge we like.
