Vail Valley Medical Center
The Town of Vail, Vail Valley Medical Center, The Steadman Clinic, and Steadman Philippon Research Institute (SPRI) recently hired Triumph to conduct a feasibility study on a plan that would enable the entities to expand onto Town of Vail land. The plan includes a new municipal building that will house chambers for the Town Council and municipal offices, a new medical office building for Vail Valley Medical Center, The Steadman Clinic, and SPRI Howard Head Sports Medicine, and an underground parking structure.
Ponderosa Ranch by Triumph Custom Homes
Located in McCoy, CO, this 6,200 square-foot private residence will be complete early summer 2012. We programmed and designed the project around the theme of “home on the ponderosa” and have pulled in Slifer Designs and Beck Builders to help carry this vision through.
